Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Harika Zerman, a self-taught artist currently living in a small city in the mid-north of Sweden — a quiet place surrounded by mountains and pine forests. The beauty of nature and the constant changes in seasons and light here are a daily source of inspiration for my work.
My background is in English literature, and I’ve lived in a few European countries, working in big companies. Over time, I found the tech world and office life deeply soul draining. Art began as a way to reconnect, a quiet escape into something more meaningful, and slowly became my full-time job and the heart of my daily life.
I work from my home studio, often surrounded by half-finished paintings and cups of coffee. Here I continue to explore a wide range of materials and techniques, from linoleum printing and collage to mixed media explorations, resulting in work that spans both abstract and still life genres.
Thanks so much for visiting — I hope you find something here that speaks to your soul.
